HI, I’M OMAR
Proudly providing sports massage and rehabilitation treatments for over three years across a wide range of clients, specialising in deep tissue and rehabilitation-focused treatments and tailoring every session to the individual.
ABOUT ME
I hold a degree in Sports Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University, alongside a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage, and I’m PHICIC accredited. I’m also a current member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers, ensuring my practice meets professional standards and continues to evolve. I have been providing sports massage and rehabilitation treatments for over three years, working with a wide range of clients. While I welcome everyone, from office workers dealing with tension to those simply looking to move better, much of my experience is with athletes aiming to optimise performance, recover more effectively, and stay injury-free.My journey into sports therapy began through my own experience in sport. Having played county-level rugby and first-team university rugby, I have spent years receiving treatment myself, whether managing injuries or recovering from intense training. I saw first-hand how effective the right treatment can be, which led me to pursue it professionally. After completing my degree, I developed a real passion for the hands-on aspect of therapy and for working closely with clients to help them feel and perform at their best.
MY APPROACH
My approach is hands-on and results driven. I specialise in deep tissue and rehabilitation-focused massage, tailoring every session to the individual rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. Alongside treatment, I incorporate my rehabilitation background by prescribing at least two to three targeted exercises to support your recovery and help you maintain long-term results outside of the treatment room. With a strong background in sport and fitness, I understand the physical demands placed on the body, whether you are competing, training, or simply trying to stay active. My goal is to help you move better, recover faster, and stay consistent in what you enjoy.
